• Removal of the pool fence on the west side of the pool deck and installation of higher fencing around the entire property of the pool (west side).
• An expanded pool deck on the west side for shaded enjoyment of the pool.
• A fully terraced, west hill with attractive retaining wall stones. This will allow for flexible seating during swim meets as well as usable green space during regular pool hours.
• A concrete patio with pavilion at the southern end of the terraced hill. This area can be rented for private parties, birthdays, or simply enjoyed as an additional shaded area when not reserved.
• This first project also includes beautification and signage for the front of the pool entrance. Plantings and boulders used to improve our entrance.

We anticipate these improvements will ensure that Rockbrook Pool remains the best neighborhood pool in the area and will allow us to expand on these improvements in coming years.
